Refund Policy

We stand behind every Quietum Plus order with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 60 days.

Guarantee period

Your 60-day guarantee period begins on the day your order is delivered. You may request a refund at any point during this 60-day window — even if the bottles have been opened or are empty.

How to request a refund

1. Email customer support at contact@quietumplus.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
2. Include your full name, the email address used at checkout, and your ClickBank order number.
3. You will receive a reply with the return shipping address and an authorisation number within 1–2 business days.
4. Ship the bottles (used, partially used, or unopened) to the address provided, including the authorisation number on the package.

Refund processing

Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Shipping costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees (where applicable) are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, since we cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.

What is covered

• Empty bottles, partial bottles, and unopened bottles are all eligible within the 60-day window.
• All three package sizes (2-bottle, 3-bottle, 6-bottle) are eligible.
• Digital bonus guides are yours to keep regardless of whether you return the physical product.

What is not covered

• Refund requests received after the 60-day window has expired.
• Returns shipped without prior authorisation from customer support.
• Original shipping fees.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can send a replacement at no additional cost.
